Up until not too long ago, it wasn’t safe for men to be vulnerable…

And somehow in between it all,

Vulnerability got confused with being emotional.

Men forgot that their role in community is to be like Sun ☀️…

TO PENETRATE!

To create light,

warmth,

and reflections of beauty.

TRUTH 👇

A man who hasn’t been Mothered well,

Is a man without the capacity to hold a woman powerfully.

And if he hasn’t been Mothered well,

Yet is choosing to do the work,

You will feel his power.

Men who haven’t had their emotions met when they were little boys, and teenagers…

Grow up to be men who feel like little boys and teenagers when you are in their company.

They over emote.

And use their p€nises like teenage boys with zero control of the intense injection of testosterone.

This weekend,

I was reminded why I no longer have space to pass time with unintegrated men.

💝 And feel so deeply grateful to have men in my life who have the capacity to hold me in my ALLNESS.

AND...it was beautiful to have my strong inner masculine game mirrored, whilst surrendering deliciously in my feminine (more on this soon)

Marked a year of walking away from a male friend of mine who I love deeply.

This past weekend.
